Prices quoted are for the villa Not Per Person and includes all linen, bedding, towels and after stay clean. Rates also include all local and state taxes.

Booking Details
Prices above include all taxes and final cleaning and are for the villa not per person.
You can pay with paypal or a credit card.
Stays of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge of $95. Pool heat is optional at $175 per week A non-refundable deposit payment 25% is due at the time of booking to confirm and hold the reservation.
If the deposit is not received within 7 days we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Once your booking is confirmed the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full amount payable.
Final payment of all rentals/tax are due 60 days prior to arrival date
